A one-week sample of my first book for women journeying through the wilderness of self-discovery evolving from loss, grief, or trauma.

Through prayer, poetry, and practices of embodiment I hope to join hands and hearts with you as we collectively heal from grief, trauma, and loss. With a background in ministry, education, and many years of dedication to physical wellness I offer my personal stories of pain and redemption coupled with strategies and ways of being that have allowed me to feel and heal.
